Introduction
My name is Morgan Green, and I am in the Master's Degree program in instructional technology at Kennesaw State University (KSU). I began the program Summer 2016 and will graduate Spring 2018. I graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in history education. Immediately after graduation, I began teaching at the high school level.
I currently teach Honors U.S. and World Affairs and AP U.S. History to 9th and 11th- grade students at Creekview High School in Cherokee County. KSU's reputation in instructional technology led me to the Master's Degree program in the Department of Instructional Technology. My ultimate goal is to obtain a job as a technology coach. I plan to continue my education by pursuing my doctoral degree in Instructional Technology at KSU.
The purpose of this portfolio is for me to demonstrate mastery of the PSC Instructional Technology standards and the ISTE NETS-C standards. As you can see, there are a series of links above the Kennesaw State University logo that you can visit. Of particular importance is the "standards" link. Under this link, you will see a series of artifacts and reflections documenting the important work I have completed during this program. Each artifact represents mastery of the standard under which it is represented.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Kennesaw State University, and feel that I am well-prepared to integrate technology into my classroom and to assist other educators in using technology and providing professional learning opportunities for them.
